Pet Policy

At Hotel April1550 we are dog lovers. Well-behaved and well-groomed dogs are welcome with us. These rules are put in place in order to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests and for you and your dog.

Dogs are welcome at Hotel April1550, but only with prior notice and confirmation from the hotel. Please notify us at info@april1550.com that you wish to stay with your dog at least three days prior to your arrival date, so that we can send you confirmation in due time.

Hotel April1550 only accepts small dogs (up to 15kg). Service dogs are accepted regardless of their size. If you would like to stay at Hotel April1550 with a larger dog, please contact us at info@april1550.com providing more information about the dog; we will review each case individually.

Only one dog is allowed in each room.

When in public areas of the hotel, including the garden, dogs must be on a leash.

Dogs must not be left unattended and unsupervised in Hotel April1550. They must not be left unattended in rooms.

Guests’ rooms are subject to inspection at any time, even if the room has a “do not disturb” sign.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog in the hotel and in the neighbourhood.

Any disturbances such as barking must be kept to a minimum in order to ensure a comfortable stay for other guests.

Guests are responsible for all property damage and/or personal injuries to hotel staff or other guests caused by their dog.

Hotel April1550 reserves the right to charge for any damage or additional cleaning caused by a dog, including any material or bodily harm, or to request early departure in the case of repeated disturbances or if a dog causes damage to hotel property, with no refund.

The rate for a dog staying in Hotel April1550 is EUR 35 a day.

Hotel April1550 reserves the right to charge EUR 100 for undeclared dogs.
