The flexible communal space on the ground floor is the living room of the hotel and a hybrid of a dining room, café, bar, and workshop space.
The delicious breakfast menu is composed of the best seasonal and local ingredients, directly sourced from handpicked farmers and artisans. We make our own granola and coffee cakes. Bread is baked in an artisanal bakery in the neighborhood and once a week we make our own house bread. Eat breakfast at the big communal table, in the garden, or in your room – the choice is yours.

We love a good cup of coffee. Our café serves high-quality specialty coffee, expertly roasted in Slovenia by Stow Coffee Roasters. Stow sources coffee directly from some of the best coffee producers in the world and from importers with high transparency and ethical standards.
The café is open from 10:00 – 20:00.
Our small bar is stocked with fine spirits, outstanding Slovenian wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
The bar is open from 10:00 – 22:00.
Our small, carefully curated concept store stocks items we use throughout the hotel. The hallways double as a space for exhibiting Slovenian art. Paintings by Igor Banfi are currently on display.
